Processing Time

All orders are handmade in small batches. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. During seasonal promotions or new product launches, processing times may extend slightly.

Shipping Rates

• Flat Rate Shipping (U.S. only): $10.95

This rate includes thermal and protective packaging to ensure your body butters arrive in perfect condition — even during warmer months.

• Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all domestic orders over $75.

• Local Pickup: If you’re in the area, you may select Local Pickup at checkout to waive shipping costs. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.

Carrier Information

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Shipping times typically range from 2–5 business days, depending on destination and carrier service speed.

Summer Shipping Notice

Because our body butters are free of synthetic stabilizers, they are temperature-sensitive. To help protect your products, we may include cooling packs or thermal wraps during warmer months. If your package sits in the sun or heat, allow the product to rest at room temperature before opening.

International Shipping

At this time, we ship only within the United States. International shipping options may become available in the future.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once orders are scanned by the carrier, pālā. BEAUTY is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days at [your email address], and we’ll be happy to assist.
